Walk Mill Creek along the Community Big Idea of the Seven Greenways Vision Plan!
Join us for a walk along the Community Big Idea — 200 East to 200 West with South Salt Lake. Big Idea Walks aim to build momentum for opportunity areas identified across the Salt Lake Valley, within the Seven Greenways Vision Plan. Five walks across the five core element—Water, Nature, Community, Recreation, and Urban—will take place this Summer.
Opportunity areas identify projects that would create significant and impactful change in implementing goals. Five Big Ideas illustrate possibilities when applying goals in a transformational way.
We will meet at the west-end of Fitts Park and walk to West Temple. This is 1.9 miles on level gravel and sidewalks. It will be ADA-accessible (detours may be necessary based on conditions). Participants should come prepared for the weather and mileage with water, snacks, medications, etc.
