Enjoy free breakfast and help restore the Jordan River this Earth Day!
Join Glendale Neighborhood Council, Jordan River Commission, Keep Nature Wild, Love Your Block - Salt Lake City, My Hometown - Salt Lake City, Salt Lake City Public Lands, Seven Canyons Trust, and Tree Utah in cleaning up 17 miles of Jordan River in Salt Lake City! Registration is required to participate and opportunities will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. All ages and abilities are welcome!
Breakfast will be available to volunteers at Jordan Park at 8AM. Mayor Mendenhall and other guest speakers will be on-hand to share remarks. Volunteer projects will take place after breakfast at 9AM.
The Seven Canyons Trust will lead a project at the Three Creeks Confluence, including noxious weed removal, trash and debris clean up, and tree planting with Tree Utah. To participate, sign up at the below link for Area 3 (1300 S to Fremont Ave)
