The Seven Canyons Trust would love to host your next volunteer event!
Volunteering along the seven canyons creeks is a critically way to get the community involved in the cleaning and restoration of our local waterways. Volunteering can help immerse the public in the local hydrology, as well as educate them on the issues facing the creeks and solutions to being to heal and repair our creeks. These events help to develop a love of place for these often neglected places and give volunteers a sense of pride and accomplishment in their work. Activities include cleaning garbage and debris, removing invasive vegetation, planting native trees and grasses, art and expression, and many others!
To make it an efficient use of our resources, we request that you have a group of 10 or more volunteers willing to help. We can supply tools, gloves, and knowledge, please bring your own transportation, water, and snacks. If you have a location in mind along the seven creeks, we would be happy to provide the tools necessary to clean up debris and remove invasive species. If you do not have a location in mind, we would love to take you to one of our priority sites. If you do not have a group big enough, check our EVENTS page for any upcoming events to attend.
